The public edition contains the original repository-learning method: whole-repository routing, guided reading paths, rebuild scaffolds, milestone tests, recall, extension, and teach-back. The optional course overlay was excluded from the public history because its redistribution rights were not established.

Clear to publish All required gates are satisfied by the clean public branch. The visibility change is the final state transition, not a substitute for a release check.
